Key Responsibilities/职位描述

全面负责所辖渠道各种过程及结果指标的达成,推动生意的稳步提升和组织架构的发展。

1.       掌握大区各项销售数据,通过各类数据分析指导渠道的发展;

2.       为对口区域提供策略与流程建议,推动生意的发展

3.       整合及发布大区渠道发展分析报告;

4.       根据总部和区域策略,制定年度的区域发展策略;

5.       确定各省分渠道的销量、拓展、覆盖、份额等目标;

6.       针对性的制定提升发展省份行动方案;

7.       总结归纳优秀经验并在南区加以推广;

8.       确保总部和区域各项目的优异达成;

9.       确保总部的全国性项目在南区的优异执行;

10.     和南区各销售团队共同完成销量、市场份额、渠道拓展各项KPI;

Qualifications/任职条件

1.       大专或以上学历,有意愿在大区销售职能发展岗位上长期发展;

2.       三年以上快速消费品相关销售工作经验(特别是全渠道工作经验);

3.       良好的沟通、协调和组织能力;

4.       良好的数据分析能力,并具有敏锐的市场洞察力;

5.       强烈的责任心及良好的推动力;

6.       有强烈的责任心、进取心和个人发展意愿

7.       可以在高强度下工作
