Learning Solutions – Process and Service Delivery Leader

Job location: Mars Global Services, Warsaw


We are looking for people leader who will be responsible for developing the global standard learning processes and enabling learning technologies. This position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to combine their broad experience in HR, systems, project management, and influencing skills to elevate and continuously improve our processes technology solutions and delivery, all within a dynamic, fast-paced, global company. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and tactical execution and is comfortable with hands-on responsibilities and leading projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the Learning Process, Solutions and Services Roadmap, including influencing the Learning Technologies system strategy
  • Agree, document and implement global standard processes, operating procedures and KPI’s
  • Own services level agreements and customer satisfaction priorities
  • Review, monitor and report performance against defined KPIs including proactively sharing insights and trends based on service requests
  • Review industry best practices, to refresh metrics and KPI’s as needed, and determine how the global standard processes, solutions and services deliver maximum value in the Learning area
  • Manage periodic internal process audits and assessments of the control environment when needed
  • Identify, re-engineers, and implements strategic policy/procedural changes to achieve operational excellence, globally
  • Coach, mentor and provide leadership development to team members     


Candidate’s profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • 10-15+ years of experience in HR/ Shared Services with experience in HR technology
  • Min. 3 years of Line Management & Team leadership, including successful management of remote teams, demonstrating associate development, performance management and engagement
  • Experience leading major communication, program implementation and change management activities
  • Experience working in an international environment and/or on cross-border issues
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the wider business environment; strong business acumen
  • Proven senior-level communication and stakeholder management skills within a complex multifunctional matrix organization with strong cultural values
  • Experience prioritizing and making tough choices amongst multiple priorities and with influencing partners to set priorities
  • Highly collaborative style, good leadership, consultative and people management skills across geographical boundaries and cultures
  • Strong customer-service orientation
