Becoming part of the European Procurement Management Team within just a few years – impossible?
Then you don’t know our European Procurement Leadership Programme including supplier quality assurance, commercial operations and procurement. Imagine in just three years you could be in your first management position! Until then we will challenge you as you’ve never been challenged before, across three assignments that could see you working in two European countries, two of our business segments, and two buying areas. Individually tailored to your personal development, you are responsible for projects and make decisions that will have a significant influence on the strategy and performance of the entire business. In doing so you will gain a deep understanding of the business and will acquire the necessary leadership competencies you need – for an accelerated career towards Senior Management.

• Consulting with associates, negotiating with suppliers, calculating pricing strategies, auditing suppliers while always

What we expect of you:
• An above average Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant filed
• Ideally relevant practical experience in Quality Assurance and/or Procurement, preferably in the FMCG sector
• At least one stay abroad for several months
• Willingness to take responsibility from day one along with developing yourself personally
• The ability to work independently, in a structured solution-oriented manner
• Initiative and team spirit
• A desire to work internationally
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
