Digital Business Relationship Officer (m/f/d)  - fixed term for 12 months


Supporting the Deployment Team 2025 Vision, this 1 year role will play the key role in transforming German Market Activity team ways of working and will deliver a step change in Efficiency. Working with and through the Market Activity team you will lead 2 Key Workstreams “Excellence in Execution” and “Driving Efficiency (incl. Digitalisation)”.  You will need to identify and implement transformational changes in the way the team collaborates and delivers their work. This is a fantastic development opportunity for a candidate looking to increase their business acumen as well as being responsible to deliver a sustainable step change.  You will enable the team to better respond to complex and evolving needs of the German Petcare business whilst ensuring Right First Time execution of the market activity pipeline in line with the local and regional business strategies.


Your Profile:

  • University Degree in business or similar
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • functional experience in a local demand/supply chain function or project/process management
  • Openness and interest towards digital developments and trends
  • High level of pro-activeness and willingness to take responsibility
  • Distinct communication & organizational skills 
  • Fluent in German & English (written & spoken)
  • MS Office, ideally SAP, PowerBI and Power AutomateMulti-cultural awareness incl. adaptability/ flexibility

Key Tasks:

Identify and map efficiency opportunities

•               Works with Experts & Stakeholders to create understanding of the challenges and opportunities.

•               Establishes root causes and what needed to unlock step change in efficiency

•               Makes recommendation of which priority opportunities to pursue

Develops and leads implementation of solutions for agreed Opportunities

•               Assess and secure Resources required to successfully implement solutions

•               The Job Holder leads solution development and implementation including setting up success measurements and measures to secure a sustainable change in efficiency.

•               Sets up post implementation review to create Learnings useful in accelerated rollout phase. 

Identify and drive Synergies for scaling Transformation across the other 3 BP Markets.

•               Work with key stakeholders to align on how to create scale

•               Create a rollout plan, aligning both resources and timings.

•               Lead implementation self or transfer knowledge for accelerated implementation.

•               Continuously improves Market Execution processes & tools using digitalization and automation where appropriate to simplify and drive efficiency, in alignment with the regional mandate.
