Royal Canin has a huge opportunity to build long lasting relationships with Pet Owners to maximize health outcomes for their pets. We want to build sustainable relationships and unique experiences through more personalization, more precision on every moment that matters for pet health. The Pet Owner Experience Manager’s role is to build best in class 1 to 1 relationships with pet owners through CRM marketing, marketing automation and journey orchestration..

 

What are we looking for?  

  • 4 to 6 years experience in Digital Marketing or CRM marketing
  • Experience developing CRM strategies and campaigns through various channels is a pre
  • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset and way of working
  • Very good written and Verbal Skills
  • Up to speed on latest developments and able to use and implement that in your job
  • What would be your key responsibilities?
  • Based on the Global strategy, the Pet Owner Journey and the 360 Pet Owner view:
  • Develop and execute Benelux CRM and Pet Owner Experience strategy, focussed on activation and retention and ultimately Pet Health Impact.
  • Build best in class 1 to 1 relationships with pet owners through (personalised at scale) communication.
  • Build pet owner experiences throughout the pet owner journey, mapping key touchpoints and golden moments and developing and executing (Global) digital activations 
  • Implement and activate global pet owner experience strategic priorities and programs in the market to further enable pet health impact.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve the Pet Owner Experience and track and analyze the results of activations.
  • Closely work together with Pet Owner Analyst and CRM Specialist to build the Pet Owner Experience for the future
