National Account Manager LAR (Limited Assortment Retail)

As National Account Manager LAR (Limited Assortment Retail) you are responsible for the account management of LAR channel for both confectionery and petcare.  Managing sales KPI’s such as marketshare, top- and bottom line growth.

  • Develop and implement channel and customer strategy for LAR customers
  • Managing customer account including promotional program and base assortment
  • P&L responsibility of account
  • Execution of marketing plans
  • Business Planning
  • Aligning with internal stakeholders such as customer marketing, marketing, finance, supply, sales


What are we looking for?

  • Minimal Higher Vocational Education (HBO)
  • At least 2 years of (sales) experience in an FMCG-environment.
  • Being able to think and act with a helicopter view
  • Being able to combine sales focus with creative and out of the box thinking
  • Well-developed presentation skills
  • Capabilities: Customer Focus, Negotiation, Drive for Results, Priority Setting, Conflict Management and Motivating Others
