In this role you will:

  • Use your change management capabilities to deliver critical product traceability projects, as part of an implementation team, over the next three years.
  • Use your leadership skills to drive local teams in the effective deployment of the required corporate product traceability capabilities and standards focused in the area of quality and food safety across the supply chain.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a regional team of functional process experts operating across the different business segments and countries within Mars.
  • Drive effective business change by owning and leading key activities during the feasibility, training, testing, commissioning and nuture stages of each project.


To do this role you’ll need to:

  • Have a proven track record working in business process change and IT implementation projects.
  • Have strong functional knowledge and direct experience using SAP (SD, MM and particularly QM modules)
  • Have demonstrated systems and process experience leading quality initiatives in a Supply Chain Logistics environment supporting either factory or warehousing operations; and ideally both.
  • Have the ability to support a moderate level of travel within the region
  • Have excellent communication skills and you must be fluent in English (oral and written)
