Salary - £93,760 - £140,640 + £7,500 Car Allowance + 25% Bonus + Benefits

In this role you will:

  • Influence global brand strategy, strategic choices and investment decisions by providing relevant local data and analysis on segment/consumer/brand

  • Align with the Global team on brand strategy and investment decisions and lead embedding within own market
  • Work with the Global team to identify and specify key marketing initiatives as required, then champion development and delivery of these initiatives on behalf of Brand Board
  • Supervise deployment of brand look and feel in own market
  • Lead the advertising development process for US originated campaigns from creative brief through script and pre-test to finished film
  • Lead development of the 5 year innovation pipeline for own market
  • Supervise analysis of relevant local data on segment, consumer, brand together with other key inputs to support creation and shaping of the innovation strategy and identification of key opportunities
  • Guide brand team through identification of new insight led ideas, translation into cut through concepts, management through research and recommendation of launch as appropriate
  • Prioritise launch timings with the Brand Board
  • Connect with R&D to support development and launch
  • Communicate best practice to other markets
  • 5 year brand plans (rolling) to deliver against segment and business growth agenda – top line and bottom line.
  • Leading global projects that contribute to the development of the brand strategy with the UK, and globally.
  • Member of relevant Brand Board
  • Ensuring brands are driven up the business agenda and represented in key business forums.
  • Develop and deliver strategic projects to improve mid and long terms Gum/Mints CBU performance.
  • Innovation pipeline development and execution.


To do this role you’ll need:

  • University degree, preferably in business administration or marketing.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing, including brand management.
  • Category Management and customer experience is preferable.
