HR Data Quality Portfolio Manager

£48,500 - £60,600

 

As the HR Data Quality Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for driving data quality assurance for Mars HR data on a global scale.

 

You will be partnering with global HR functional leads and Digital Technologies teams to drive the development and deployment of data quality roadmap,  global data quality assurance process and tools, as well as managing internal capability building to ensure the high quality of workforce data maintained in global HR processes and systems across Mars, Incorporated.

 

You will be a part of the HR Data, Reporting and Analytics team reporting directly to the HR Data Program Sr Lead.

 

We have identified four key responsibilities for this role:

  • Drive the implementation of HR Data Quality strategy and roadmap, ensuring change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage ongoing Data Quality Improvement initiative for key HR functional areas, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed time, cost and quality.
  • Define and deploy optimal global methodologies for data quality assurance and improve the effectiveness of the Data Quality Assurance process and systems using well-articulated methods (including Six Sigma, LEAN, root cause analysis, etc.).
  • Manage internal capability building by driving development, delivery and ongoing review of relevant learning & development programs.
     
    You will have experience of managing projects and programs in complex organisations and working with stakeholders on a global scale. Ideally you would have experience of doing this with data management programs in an FMCG environment with a focus on HR data and Workday solution. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to mobilize and motivate others, whilst driving direction and approach, with strong time management, planning and organizational skills. You will have a strong relationship management and influencing skills to build enduring and productive alliances across matrix organizations.
