<span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">The Executive Talent Partner will act as the dedicated talent partner to the Mars Supply Chain Leadership Team, supporting the development and execution of the talent strategy to include capability profiling and assessment, internal talent pipelining/selection as well as external candidate search, engagement and successful hiring into Supply Chain leadership positions across the globe. 

<span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">This position plays a critical role in delivering the Supply Chain People Transformation, alongside the Global Supply Chain People Transformation Lead, and will be part of the Talent Sourcing Team. The team sits in the Talent Acquisition organization, operating across the EIMESA region (Europe, India, Middle East and South Africa) and acts as the regional expert centre for talent sourcing.
 

<span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">What are we looking for?

  • <span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">A strong track record and depth of experience working in an in-house exec search team or executive search firm at search partner/consultant level
  • <span style="font-family:"Mars Centra""><span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">Experience in leading high profile/confidential talent activities/projects with executive leadership (preferably with global scope)
  • <span style="font-family:"Mars Centra""><span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">Confidence in working with senior stakeholders, building strong connections and credibility quickly, and being comfortable to stand alone to negotiate and push back when required
  • <span style="font-family:"Mars Centra""><span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">A great networker who has all the functional skills to be effective in ‘search’ – mapping / profile mining / employer marketing / databases / social media / CRM / ATS

 

<span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">What would be your key responsibilities?

  • <span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">Understand the defined talent strategy to deliver the capability shifts required, including new leadership success/job profiles, whilst developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies for senior leader positions 
  • <span style="font-family:"Mars Centra""><span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">Execute executive search activities to source and engage top external talent to fill leadership positions within the Supply Chain organisation
  • <span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">Collaborating with global stakeholders to identify future needs and gaps within the organization, based on the newly created role profiles
  • <span style="font-family:"Mars Centra""><span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">Providing market intel and insights to build confidence in expertise around talent, including the current state of the external market, provoking how Mars can become more competitive for the best talent
  • <span style="font-family:"Mars Centra""><span style="font-family:"Mars Centra"">Ensuring robust global talent scanning, engagement and recruitment processes are in place with aligned WoW with core stakeholders
