Key Responsibilities/职位描述

生意发展与管理                              
1、制定和落实区域生意发展计划,持续稳定的达成年度、季度和每段各项业务目标及要求;              
2、在公司的策略指引下,跟进和达成覆盖、分销、陈列等要求,建立起完善的计划、执行、跟进、反馈流程,推动完美门店执行质量在区域不断提升,并达成目标;  
3、制定本区域内渠道、客户开发计划,优化区域覆盖网络,提升组织效率;                  
4、有效配置资源,高效率使用公司各项TPCP资源,推动生意增长;                  
5、参与本区域重点客户JBP/JBR计划制定,落实各项指标的执行,高质量建立客户合作关系;              
团队管理                                
1、培训区域内销售团队,提升业务技能;                        
2、关注同事发展,定期开展团队绩效与发展沟通,保持沟通管道通畅;                  
3、以身作则,克己奉公,定期辅导团队成员,帮助团队提升绩效和技能,达成业绩及各项目标;              
其它                                
1、整合总部和大区的项目和资源,结合本地区域的洞察,给予一线销售清晰指引,并根据阶段性的重点进行跟进、回顾,推动区域渠道的系统化管理和生意目标的达成。
2、定期评估销售组织,不断优化和提升组织效率。                      

 

Qualifications/任职条件

经验和知识:              
15年以上跨国公司区域销售管理经验,熟练掌握区域管理销售运作知识和技能;
23年以上团队管理经验            
3、熟悉深圳本地市场特性,具备较强的综合渠道管理经验优先    
其它                
1  有高度的工作热情和良好的团队合作精神,强烈的工作责任感;    
2  思路清晰,良好的口头和书面沟通能力;         
3  大专及以上学历;            
4  熟悉办公室软件操作。
