Key Responsibilities/职位描述

 

1.负责虹口杨浦静安区域130家宠物店,熟悉当地市场。了解NKA客户和相关KPI目标,开拓当地市场。

2.确保按标准执行公司的各种销售和市场行销活动

3.发展新客户并保证及时跟进

4.负责向客户(既有客户/潜在客户)传递公司的品牌理念和产品专业知识

5.负责实施各类消费者招募活动及产品知识的消费教育活动

6.客户进行财务分析并制定合理的商业计划以确保客户盈利的可持续增长

7.收集市场上的各种信息(竞争者,新客户等)并及时汇报给上级经理

8.确保产品和服务的无缝链接以确保顾客满意

Qualifications/任职条件

1.学习能力强(熟悉产品知识)以及配合充满信服力的演讲风格

2.诚实,有责任心,有良好的团队合作精神

3.优秀的谈判,沟通,协调和演说能力

4.良好的市场开发和客户服务经验

5.有能力在压力下工作

6.良好的电脑操作能力,会操作基本的微软办公软件

7.热爱犬猫

8.动物医学,动物科学专业毕业背景优先
