Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1、QFS management
Deploy Mars Distribution Quality Management standard in DCs
Lead routine CAPA and Change management activities
Organize periodic CAPA meeting to come out solid action and result
Coordinate Hold & Release process with quick response
Support manager to prepare annual management review and quality audit on schedule 
New process setup and documentation to maintain quality environment
Train logistics team regularly on process update and reinforcement.

2、Operation Management
Support manager to drive operation process optimization for higher efficiency
Support manager to drive continuous logistics innovation to fulfill new business requirement. 
As HSE coordinator to surveillance daily operation in safety and keep facilitates maintained. 
Handle all reverse logistics on daily basis to achieve good customer services and process compliance 
Proceed regular disposal activities strictly followed standard operation process. 

3、3PL management 
Monitor 3PL operation KPI and organize regular review meeting 
Involve in annual 3PL tendering to provide support on operation services assessment 
Provide DC expense accrue periodically to S&F 


•    Minimum 2 years logistics experience
•    Knowledge of warehouse quality and operations process development and optimization prefer
•    Flexible internal and external communication 
•    Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English; Bachelor’s degree
