Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1. 与客户就年度合同及联合生意计划达成一致并组织协调区域执行团队实施以达成各项生意增长及费用管理指标

2. 确保客户分区事业部各项日常管理工作的准时准确完成,包括新品分销、全国促销/陈列计划、价格变动等

3. 基于对客户及市场的深刻洞察,通过坚实的公司跨部门合作,主导完成客户的全年定制化市场活动并持续提高投资的有效性

4. 不断巩固与发展与客户的生意伙伴关系,主导定期高层Top-2-top会议,以客户为导向的重点项目,持续提高客户服务水平

5. 建立并管理计划、沟通和组织体系从而确保日常销售运营工作的高效进行(如:销售目标达成状况、应收款项、库存水平、费用以及其他促销活动的状况)

6. 有效激励一线销售团队及相关职能部门,确保门店优异执行
