Overview
This position is responsible for setting up and drive continual improvement of quality and food safety management system for warehouse and offline pack, also accountable for GMP and pest control management.

 

Key Responsibilities 
Warehouse and offline pack 
1.Establish, develop and maintain high quality & food safety system to ensure that all products meet quality and food safety requirement and compliance with regulation.
2.Establish the monitoring and verification plan to ensure the effectiveness of quality and food safety system
3.Responsible for incidents and consumer complaint handling and drive the effectiveness of CAPA
4.Responsible for the Training of standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, Allergen, etc.) 
5.Responsible for the data analysis and drive continual improvement of quality performance 
6.Responsible for internal audit and inspection 
7.Responsible for quality management for new  project and change management

GMP/pest control 
1. Be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of Factory Inspection system in HUA, and regular review and calibration with JXg of the system. 
2. Period trace the factory inspection results, and facilitates the corrective actions and verification. 
3. GMP trainings for associates and contractors in regular basis. 

 

Qualifications
1.GMP ,HACCP and Allergen management
2.ISO9001 and FSSC22000
3.Fluent Oral and Written English
4.Understanding of quality and food safety management system
5.Auditing & inspection skills
6.Good analytical skills and knowledge of statistic
