Job Purpose/Overview
Rise reliance of RC products in the veterinary industry, expansion of understanding of the nutritional science/ therapeutic diet, and achieve the sales target of responsible area by maximize the force of Kyoritsu Seiyaku (KS) which is a sole distributor under a tutorship of Vets Service Area Manager.


Key Responsibilities
Achieve the activity targets of responsible area.
Achieve the sales target of responsible area.

Lead the KS Sales, in order to achieve the activity targets.
Guide KS sales so that effective explanation of RC products may be attained.

<Vet Clinic>
Improve the reliability of RC products and expand the use opportunity of RC products in a vet clinic.
Build a useful relation with influencers and groups with influence of each place.


Context and Scope
Expansion of a market is indispensable to continuous growth of Royal Canin in the veterinary industry, and strengthening of the industry is also required. For that purpose, it needs the influence and strong leadership to change a practical veterinarian’s action. Influence is demonstrated effectively by building a confidential relation with a practical veterinarian and obtaining a collaboration of KS.
Exact grasp of a customer's demand and the mind which is going to meet that demand are indispensable to this position. Moreover, they are the sources of the force which involves in many people, and serve as a key to a success with this position.
