Job Title: Vets Service Representative          

Segment/Business Unit: Royal Canin              

Department: Veterinary Department

Location/Site: Japan / APAC

Line Manager: Vet Service Area Manager

 

 

Job Purpose/Overview
Create trust and credibility to RCJ products in the veterinary industry, expand understanding of the nutritional science/ to therapeutic diet, and achieve the sales target in responsible area by maximize the force of Kyoritsu Seiyaku which is a sole distributor under a tutorship of Vets Service Area Manager.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Achieve the activity targets in responsible area.
Achieve the sales target of responsible area.


Lead the KS sales reps in the activity area to help them achieve their agreed activity targets.
Educate and train KS sales reps to conduct nutritional seminar.


Conduct nutritional and product seminar in clinics.
Call in vet clinics to veterinarians and vet nurses.
Build a useful relation with influencers and influencer groups in the area.

 

 

Context and Scope
Leading therapeutic diet market expansion is indispensable for continuous growth of Royal Canin Japan VET, who is truly the market leader in Japan.

For that purpose, Vet service needs to execute the influence and leadership to customers and to change veterinarian’s practice. They need to be a nutritional professional, good communicator, and facilitator with stakeholders.

Other: In the area, he/she visits 5 clinics/ day, work with around 5 Kyoritsu reps

 

 

Job Specifications/Qualifications
1. Education & Professional Qualification

  • Veterinary certificate, or experience in vet or pet nutritional industry at least 3years
  • Driver’s license

 

2. Knowledge/Experience

  • Veterinary knowledge
  • Excellent nutritional knowledge
  • Presentation ability

 

3. Physical/Mental Requirements

  • Emotional strength which can enjoy change
