-    To continue to push boundaries and generate science health nutrition category growth, the Global Portfolio Marketing Senior Manager will lead, define, develop & promote Demand Creation/Activation strategies and plans (B2B/ B2B2C) for territories/ranges under his/her responsibility, in an omnichannel environment under the supervision of the Global Portfolio Activation Director
-    This role is centered around developing activation / marketing strategy to directly drive growth & competitive advantage of the respective portfolio/territory
-    This role requires engagement of broad number of key stakeholders, building partnership with regions/key markets and exposure to global leadership stakeholders


What would be your main responsibilities?

  • Create Demand creation/activation strategies supporting innovation and core business growth on priority territories, that will fit selective distribution requirements, in collaboration with the global innovation lead and relevant Demand functions, regional & local teams & agencies
  • Be the primary source of business, market and consumer insights via carrying out quantitative and qualitative analysis of respective portfolio/ innovations, business, category, competition 
  • Make the demand creation recommendations accordingly to put in place effective and competitive go to market strategies and execution plans
  • Codify the key elements for success and turn them into the global activation best practice principles
  • Design and lead the demand activation roadmap of his/her territories, involving relevant other Demand/CA teams, briefing them on expected deliverables
  • Lead complex/transversal projects involving internal and external stakeholders as Pet Owner Digital or Pack Size strategy or Portfolio Pricing strategy
  • Lead the project meetings with all the interfaces including regions and markets and agencies, ensuring collaboration, convergence and on-time delivery
  • Ensure access to all up-to-date information/ marketing assets / activation & launch packages to markets (including all product & range information) 
  • Organize global x-functional launch meetings partnering with the Global Inno lead and other functions (Brand/ CA/ S²/CMI…)
  • Push from global to deploy at scale and pull from local to global inspiration/ insight
  • Lead the projects in compliance with established procedures, regulation, legislation, using the dedicated workflow tools, presenting at key forums of validation


What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 7 years marketing experience, with brand management, innovation and strategic marketing experience 
  • Local market experience is must
  • Digital marketing/communication expertise appreciated
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong strategic agility
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be able to influence and motivate at all levels within the business in order to achieve objectives
  • Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented and willing to initiate and nurture change
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Well-developed organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities, as well as multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, obtain mutual agreement as to the resolution and implement change
  • Must have a high degree of self-direction with the ability to constantly seek innovative ways to perform tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Good judgement for business opportunities and innovation concepts
