<span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Job Purpose / Overview<span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">:

  • The role purpose is to consolidate, analyse, report, plan and course correct the regional overheads costs in order to ensure regional commitment delivery. The role is also accountable for the planning and analysis on the NCFO, in order to maximize the cash inflow for LATAM particularly by driving the regional agenda on working capital opportunities while supporting the FAA plan.
  • Periodic analysis and insight sharing on overheads performance.
  • Continuous connections with diverse key players to ensure overheads trend is on track to plan.
  • Periodic connection with the NCFO global meeting to debrief on region’s YTD performance and outlook.
  • Active involvement in plan modelling for overheads and NCFO.

Minimum qualifications:

  • University Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
  • 4 - 5 years’ experience in finance roles.
  • P&L and NCFO knowledge.
  • Languages: fluent English mandatory

<span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">What would be your key responsibilities?

<span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Principal Accountabilities

<span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif"> 

  • LATAM overheads – The role is the regional leader of the entire overheads planning and analysis process. The responsibility spans from designing a continuously improving the overheads regional process, to full analysis of the variations to plan, in order to trigger business decision that enable meeting the year target. The role should engage with the Rewards team in order to correctly understand the organization charts and SWB costs, connect with local Overheads analysts to get clarity on expenses costs, and build the correct network to continuously track global X-Charges costs. The role is accountable for bringing the correct visibility to the LAPLT, and for effectively planning the overheads costs on the short / long term horizon.
     
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">LATAM NCFO – The role is responsible for supporting the Sales finance heads, the local Shared services teams and the Supply S&F team in the analysis, insight sharing and ambition setting for the NCFO, with particular focus on working capital and FAA. The role is responsible for ensuring LATAM progresses on a positive direction in the management of the working capital financial ratios, and that the FAA plan supports the business strategy and fixed assets guidelines
