<span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Job Purpose / Overview<span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">:

The role purpose is to successfully deploy the S&F digital agenda in LATAM. The ‘Digital analytics manager’ is responsible for diagnosing, scheduling and driving the implementation of digital tools within the region. The roles is responsible for understand the global S&F digital agenda and the Latam needs in order to propose, drive the deployment and adoptions of new tools and solutions.

  • Deployment plan design and tracking.
  • Tracking of training plan progress.
  • Tracking of level of usage of digital tools.
  • Continuous diagnosis of digital needs for the region.
  • Communicate, give constant feedback & training to Digital ambassador in order to make the initiative viral through others.
  • Ad hoc connections with global team to debrief on LATAM status and to gain perspective on digital solutions offer

Minimum qualifications:

  • University Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years experience in digital management and implementation programs, project management or finance roles
  • Digital solutions (Excel (ninja level), Power Query, Visual Basic or R, Power Flow, SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, Access)
  • P&L and NCFO knowledge.
  • Languages: fluent English mandatory
  • Accounting information systems and digital technologies
  • Influencing and collaboration

<span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Principal Accountabilities

  • Digital diagnosis and plan creation – The role require to diagnose the S&F processes and capabilities in order to assess the areas where a digital solution is needed. The process to prioritize and sequence these requirements is also a key responsibility of the role. Doing the match with the global solutions and Latam needs.
  • Digital agenda execution – This role is responsible for the execution of the Digital agenda in S&F, which involves connecting with the end-users who will benefit from the digital solution, facilitating the process to co-create or adopt the digital tool, creating the timetable to successfully design, test, implement and roll-out the digital solution.
  • Digital agenda change management – As responsible for deploying the digital solutions, the role needs to design and launch the change management process which should allow the organization to effectively adopt the new processes triggered by the digital solutions.
  • Create a thorough communication/socialization plan at all levels in order for the digital transformation to permeate our organization and our day-to-day mindset.
