Lean Manufacturing Specialist

 

Job location: Mars Polska Sp.z o.o. factory in Poznań

 

Are experienced professional in managing and improving production systems in manufacturing environment and wish to participate in factory expansion projects?

 

We are looking for Lean Manufacturing Specialist to realize their potential in modern chewing gum factory in Poznań. The Associate will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation and development of TPM on the site level, leading continuous improvement initiatives and support factory strategic projects.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Be a TPM Subject Matter Expert on the site level and provide support for TPM pillar leaders
    (methodology, tools, best practices)
  • Be a Lean department representative in factory strategic projects/investments (factory capacity extension,
    new product implementation etc.)
  • Leading continuous improvement projects according to site priorities
  • Implement and improve of Lean Manufacturing tools at the site level
  • Lead Lean workshops, trainings and audits ( e.g VSM, SMED, Problem Solving)
  • Ensure the information flow and build strong network between TPM pillars
  • Create, monitor, update and communication of TPM standards
  • Accountable for administration and continuous improvement of site lean data base/SharePoint
  • Create routine reports, develop graphs and presentation related to TPM
  • Build strong network within TPM Regional, and Global community in order to drive most of benefits
    for Mars Inc.

 

            Candidate’s profile:

  • Higher education required (most preferable Master Degree in Technical or Food Technology faculties)
  • Higher education combined with professional experience in the area of Lean Management, TPM, Problem Solving is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in factory manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of TPM
  • Very good orientation in the Lean Manufacturing systems and tools (VSM, Problem Solving, SMED)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and planning in a rapidly changing environment
  • Communicative and high interpersonal skills
  • Analytical Capability and Problem Solving
  • Very Good command of English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic knowledge in Project Management
