Mars is currently looking for Continuous Improvement Lead. The primary objective of the role is to apply Continuous Improvement expertise in the Accounts Receivable area for our financial center. The Associate on this role will be leading process improvements and implementing projects with aim to introducing process optimization.

                                                                                                        

Continuous Improvement Lead – within Accounts Receivable team

Location: Mars Global Services in Poznań – convenient location in the city center

 

Description of the role, as a Continuous Improvement Lead You will:

  • Lead efficiency improvement projects with operational associates in line with CI method and objectives
  • Implement Continuous Improvement Approach
  • Identify and work on process optimization at the local site
  • Monitor workstream progress for delivery against plan, scope and budget
  • Build capabilities on operational level and develop key mindsets and behaviours of other Associates
  • Gather information and analyze process information to identify areas for improvement
  • Be responsible for process documentation and reporting
  • Support operations to implement process performance management and continuous improvement
  • Prepare and lead workshops utilizing Lean Management tools
  • Update training materials and user guides when necessary

 

Candidate’s profile

  • English and Polish language skills required
  • Good knowledge of, and experience with CI and Lean methodologies
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Pro-active and forward thinking
  • Ability to assess information quickly
  • Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
  • Ability to make decisions, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • IT skills - particularly in MS Excel and Power point
