IT Supply Functional Manager Europe MultiSales

Contract : Permanent

Location : France : Paris, Strasbourg, Orléans. Could also be based in other European countries with Mars sites.

 

As a Digital Technology manager for the Supply function at Mars, your primary responsibility would be to build a compelling Digital Technology program for the Supply Chain teams in the Multisales Segment, responding to the opportunities and challenges from the function. You will use your deep understanding of Supply, combined with Digital Technology curiosity and skills, to apply an Agile and User Centric mindset to identify solutions which will deliver efficient and customer centric solutions to our markets in Europe.

 

What are we looking for?

  • 4-5 years of work experience either in Supply or Digital Technologies
  • Strong portfolio management skills with familiarity with PPM tools and techniques (Agile, User Centricity,..)
  • Excellent level of communication in English (verbal and written). French is optional.
  • Curiosity for new technologies used in other companies/markets and ability to apply them to the business at hand
  • Ability to lead and engage with a strategic vision

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Build a Digital Technology program for the Supply function in Multisales in close collaboration with the Business Units and Regional Leaders
  • Lead the delivery of the projects as defined in the Regional program, leveraging Mars DT teams and in respect of our Architecture and IT Security principles
  • Become a recognized and active member of the Multisales supply chain community, through demonstrated Digital Technology leadership
  • Demonstrate a permanent curiosity and appetite to identify new Digital Technology opportunities
