RGM Digital Commerce Strategy Manager – Nashville, TN

The RGM Dcom Strategy Manager reports to the market RGM Team Lead serving as the key business partner to develop digital commerce pricing strategy, execution and coherency plans within the local unit.  This position drives the strategic development & execution of optimized enterprise pricing frameworks within the ecommerce space via iMAP and package deployment to the channel.  In addition, it manages daily iMAP enforcement for the omnichannel sales as well as the ongoing strategy behind iMAP enforcement.  This role also acts as the key RGM member connecting to the sales digital capabilities teams, unlocking best practices and strategies around data, analytics, and capability building.

What are we looking for?

  • Four-year college degree - MBA Preferred
  • Experience which demonstrates advanced problem solving and analytic capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment
  • 3-5 years working experience finance, sales, or analytics
  • 1-3 years experience within Ecommerce
  • RGM pricing experience preferred

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Act as the central connection point to join ecommerce field strategy and central enterprise strategy for price, promotion, and iMAP
  • Ongoing development, adjustments, and execution of iMAP strategy for the business to enhance marketplace coherency
  • Manage execution of pricing strategy across ecommerce customers
  • Partner with BMT to launch ecommerce channel specific packages
  • Design price, promotion, pack ecosystem recommendations across omni and pure play ecommerce, through competitive and internal cost and KPI assessments
  • Deliver by PPG iMAP pricing aligned through RGM category pricing team for Mars portfolio
  • Lead Dcom coherency council to arbitrate iMAP guidance
  • Develop customer margin and cost to serve roadmaps to maximize trade investment productivity to deliver mutual category value
  • Leverage advanced analytics and advance the RGM digital toolkit further into the ecommerce space by collaborating with sales digital capabilities teams
