Localisation : Aimargues, 30 min from Montpellier

 

The corporate communications manager – crisis response - has the mission to develop a crisis response framework, coordinate crisis training, implement crisis management best practices and support management of organizational crisis. Also, the associate will be the point of contact for Press Relations in both reactive and proactive situations.

The goal is to impact the business performance by building and protecting our brand reputation among pet owners, pet partners, associates, key opinion leaders and general public.

 

What are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate communication and PR
  • Proven success in crisis communications
  • Fluent level of English is required
  • Previous internationall experience would be a plus

 

What would be your responsibilities ?

  • Be the support for global, regional, and market teams in the communication response of crisis situations
  • Ensure the global, regional, and market teams are regularly crisis trained
  • Build and develop a global PR agenda
  • Equip markets with the proper PR materials and tools
