The Consumer Care Manager implements the Royal Canin`s Social Media and Consumer Care strategy in the Brand and Petowner new environment. The job requires a 100% customer oriented profile, thorough and continuous interlock with global community and other global stakeholders ensuring consistency and cultivating a consumer experience culture across the French unit.

 

What are we looking for ?

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service-related team in a national or international environment
  • Program / Project management experience
  • Good written & verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Strong proven ability to analyze complex / abstract data and build crisp insights with action plans
  • Extended knowledge of social media platforms and forums

 

What would be your responsibilities ?

  • Audit, review and optimize the whole scope of Consumer care within the unit

  • Consumer care expertise: Drive consumer care experience internally and externally with our key partners to deliver a best in class premium service with an omnichannel approach

  • Project management & project lead in consumer care: drive and implement new consumer care programs

  • Generate insights to build added value to all new Royal Canin services (e-Commerce, etc..).
