B2B Webshop Business Partner:  
You offer the best digital services and content to our Prescribers, seamless and easy to use, allowing a better knowledge of our Prescribers and the pet owners, a faster adaptation of our digital offer to the market changes, and a sales increase.


Salesforce Automation Business Partner:
Global business partner for the Salesforce Automation deployment roadmap, you define standards of sales efficiency that can be deployed by all regions in the same way.  Partner with S&F/Regional Teams to monitor & assess our coverage per market, to identify growth opportunities.   


What would be your responsibilities ?


B2B Webshop: 
- Manage the Product backlog
- Orchestrate product team in line with defined vision
- Identify the new opportunities: Product continuous improvement
- Monitor the site performance through Webshop dashboard


Salesforce Automation:  
- Continue to progress the Salesforce Automation global roadmap (already established and progressing as planned), in partnership with Sales Acceleration directors in the Pro and Vet divisions.  
- Play a key role in standardizing the approach where it makes sense, specifically:  1) Standardize the KPIs and leading indicators considered to drive sales efficiency
- Partner with Regions (Demand head as lead) who are best placed to deploy sales efficiency workflow
- Deploy this approach in a consistent way across all markets. 
- Analyze Pilot markets result and provide recommendations for savings from sales efficiency as the main opportunity to fund new capabilities.


What are we looking for ?


• 3+ years in B2B or B2C Digital Marketing/Digital platform management
• Comfortable with project management in complex cross-functional environment 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of executives, managers and potentially stakeholders.
• Proven successful track record on eCommerce and/or e-business development 
• Experience in international environment
