Mkt Finance Coodinator, Mars Wrigley São Paulo, Brazil


The Mkt Finance Coordinator is the co-pilot of the Marketing Director and the right hand of the FP&A area. Is responsible to help the Unit to develop and deliver its Annual Plan by providing decision support, ensuring business acumen, leveraging business opportunities, participating, and recommending the best utilization of resources among several other activities. This role will support Finance Area with both operational and strategic responsibilities, disseminating Finance mindset, directing business to a profitable portfolio, aligned with the Supply Finance Team on delivering costs targets. It is also responsible for the New Business and Innovations financial models, launches and project approvals, by preparing cash flow analysis with VPL, TIR and Payback, and ad hoc Business Cases.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or correlated areas
  • Mandatory fluency verbal and written English language skills.
  • Mandatory relevant experience in finance, analytical, modeling skills and P&L knowledge


What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Support on the Development of Annual Operating Financial Plan and work with rest of Business Team in putting together specific projects that will drive financial improvement.
  • Take an active role as a financial business leader within the team and support the overall objectives of the business.
  • Analyze and communicate period and quarterly financial results to the business unit team to support and drive decision making
  • Work with Brand Teams to ensure effectiveness of Marketing Investments for the supported Brands. 
  • Evaluate and control Marketing Annual Budget spend and tradeoffs between different investment options.
  • Communicate risk and opportunities of Brand financials and evaluate corrective actions.  Recommend the best options and the financial impact to the P&L.
  • Keep close track to the Sales & Operation Cycle
