Salary: £26,846.00 + (negotiable, depending on experience), 8% performance bonus

Duration: 18 month assignment, with the potential for permanent employment

The job holder is responsible for the effective project and process coordination across all activities from the own factory to all markets in line with business strategy. Furthermore, the scope of responsibilities includes the consistent assignment of codes and maintenance of master data relevant to the site activity function in relevant systems.

The job holder supports the execution of the simplification agenda of the own site in line with the Regional mandate.

  • A strong background in the area of Supply Chain / Project Management / Design / Graphics or Marketing / Trade Marketing
  • Structured and accurate ways of working

  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Effective coordination of all activities from the own site to all markets in line with business strategy taking into account the interests of markets and supply chain
  • Leading local cross-functional site groups and ensuring robust information flows between the relevant functions
  • Responsible for site execution documents – ensuring timely and high quality inputs, follow-ups the progress and ensures major issues
  • Creating and maintaining transactional data, product master data (in relevant systems), sourcing matrix for all products that are produced in the factory
  • Representing Site Activity in the relevant site meetings, ensuring visibility and update of projects including major risks and escalation; acting as interface between site and regional activity teams
  • Maintaining factory catalogue, aligned to the regional catalogue and approach
  • Coordinating site range cleaning and simplification in line with the regional mandate
  • Coordinating and leading trainings in the site activity teams and other departments to the site activity relevant processes, tools and ways of working
