What you’ll do

As the National Account Executive for Convenience you will be fulfilling a pivotal role of driving sales across a range of key national customer across Convenience, High St and Petrol & Travel sectors.  You will be developing sales by building relationships with our existing customers within these channels as well as pioneering priority customers within each channel to help deliver the overall sales targets of the channel and business.  Key responsibilities will include delivering sales growth within the channel through expanding distribution, launching new products and implementing promotional activity through developing ambitious annual plans with customers.


     As a National Account Executive you will need to focus on these key areas;


Job Aspect 1 – Account Management

  • Deliver annual Gross and Net turnover targets

  • Develop strong working relationships with customers to deliver account objectives

  • Increase the distribution of KIND through bringing in new business to our existing accounts

  • Implement promotional plans and launch new products

  • Own any JBP agreements

  • Work with the field team to maximise distribution and instore execution

  • Be responsible for the forecast for your customers

  • Report monthly on results and full year forecasts

  • Analyse sales and customer data to turn insights into sales

  • Driven by delivering results and have a proven track record

  • The hunger to work with a fast paced, small team that are heavily results orientated

  • An engaging personality with the ability to build rapport with people

  • Good analytical and numeracy skills and experience with Excel

  • A creative problem solver with excellent communication skills

  • Strong personal organisational skills

You are/have…

  • Educated to a degree level

  • 1-2 years of experience of sales in the field or head office

  • Valid UK driver’s license & clean record        

  • Fluent in English
