Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  

1,负责兰州NKA/RKA等现代渠道以及宠物医院、宠物店及繁育渠道等专业渠道分销商客户,对各区域生意管理、了解反馈市场及竞品信息,并对销售目标达成

  

2,负责客户分级及管理、客情维护,负责制定区域拜访路线和覆盖计划,陈列与活动执行指导

  

3,负责经销商及其销售人员的沟通、管理和培训工作

  

4,负责向客户(经销商/既有客户/潜在客户)传递公司的品牌理念和产品专业知识

  

5,区域活动策略制定,独立承接一定测试活动,并持续跟进反馈。

  

Qualifications/任职条件

  

1、有宠物行业销售经验或快速消费品销售工作经验,有宠物行业经验优先;

  

2、有宠物医疗行业工作背景的优先;

  

3、能够熟练操作常用办公软件;

  

4、有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力,有一定创新能力;

  

5、为人诚实正直,有责任感,有一定抗压能力;

  

6、具有自我激励、积极上进的精神,有职业发展规划
