IT Deployment Manager (W/M/X)

Contract : Permanent (CDI)

Localisation : 30 min from Montpellier (Aimargues) ou 30 min de Strasbourg (Haguenau)

 

This role is part of the Royal Canin Digital Technologies organization and manages the deployment of DT projects/programs within RC ensuring the overall schedule and benefits are achieved (scope, cost, time and quality).

The role operates across the Petcare segment, collaborating with Mars DT, Functional managers and business unit stakeholders to deliver projects within RC while embracing new digital methods and tools such as Agile, Design Thinking, Analytics and drive the “Zero Distance to the Customer” agenda.

 

What are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in IT (Design, deployment and implementation)
  • Previous experience leading technical and functional teams
  • Experience in project budgeting and financial planning
  • Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Previous experience in Supply, Value Chain, or R&D would be a plus

 

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Manage the deployment of up to $1M in annual projects, securing benefits delivery through expert management of quality, costs and time.

  • Ensure E2E Teams collaboration:

    • Working across Segment DT, Core Capabilities and Core Services teams (DT support), determine system functional requirements and complete design in line with overall project aims.

    • Coordinate internal and 3rd party resources during development, implementation and nurturing phases.

  • Provide DT guidance: Applies technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design and performance requirements, and which are appropriate given the context within which they will be implemented.

  • Delivery Excellence:

    • Determines business process and information requirements, gains unit commitment,

    • Analyzes the business and systems impact of the solution and delivers effective business process and system changes.
