Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  1.     针对生产车间内的PLC、网络监控系统、HMI的硬件和软件的主导性的管理和维护及与PLC控制相关的伺服控制器、伺服控制卡、变频器等部件主导性的管理和维护;
  2.     与PLC自动化控制系统紧密相关的配电系统、电气设备、PLC通讯相关的网络等主导性的管理和维护;
  3.   对上述内容在管理上应用的流程化的体系或文件进行管理和更新;
  4.     建立日常自动化控制体系的系统化管理及所涉自动化设备台账, 并更新和保持其软件和硬件资源的可获得性或可替代性;
  5.     确保自动化控制系统及其配套电路的维护策略以及PM工单的有效开展来保证其可靠性,并定期回顾更新相应的EMS及PM指令内容;
  6.     负责对CYBER系统进行管理与维护,并与相关部门比如工程/MIS等对系统进行指令性升级以及优化;
  7.     对厂区内M+E所进行的项目中除了自动化控制系统部分主导的职能外, 需要更多方向的参与项目的落实和执行; 并且有能力对工厂相关IT设备进行管理与维护;
  8.     支持工厂内设备的紧急故障检修,尤其是自动化控制系统的紧急故障排除, 支持区域TRS, ATS等指标的完成 ,按流程支持各类持续改善小组的工作,保证生产设备高效稳定运行;
  9.     负责实施工厂的部分small minors,确保相关项目得到有效的实施以及反馈;
  10.     针对在厂区内所进行的工程项目, 需要保证在交接过程中对其自动化控制系统的相关硬件和软件信息的收集、整理并归档;

    负责维修过程中的各项安全保证工作,同时遵守公司五大原则地开展各项工作及Technical Leader所安排的临时性工作的开展和落实。




1. 机械、电气、电子工程或相关专业的本科学历,至少5年以上的电气维护经验。

2. 具备初级的TPM和GMP知识和经验,对于TPM中与设备维护相关的概念、工具有一个基本的了解。

3. 熟悉各类自动化控制系统的工作原理;

4. 能熟读并制作工厂自动化控制系统的拓扑图及各类电气原理图;

5. 有很强的故障排查和问题解决的能力;

6. 熟悉识读各类PLC程序,有一定的编程能力;

7. 能够阅读PLC英文资料及熟练的英文书面、口语表达能力; 较高的动手能力和分析思维;较高的分享和培训技能;
