The primary purpose of the role is the delivery of activities on time to support the business/brand strategies. He/she is responsible to drive activity execution through an effective process, which clearly defined with roles and responsibilities, measured with set of aligned KPIs. Working as project manager, he/she is responsible to drive, organize and facilitate project related actions, leading cross functional project team to achieve the key deliverables in each activity on time with quality. This is also a key role to ensure the portfolio pipeline and resource sufficiency to drive business result. Through input to the S&OP process it contributes to having robust business plans and making the right cross divisional trade off.


Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate activity execution process and lead x-functional teams to ensure projects' on time delivery.

  1. Identify/Align the project objective/scope
  2. Align sufficient resource to support the projects
  3. Time management/ Risks assessment
  4. Bring visibility and transparency on assumptions, rational, decisions.
  5. Strengthen cross functional communication

Lead and consolidate the documents through every stage gate, on time submission with high quality IB/DBAB/IR/ER/PLR.

  1. Ensure that the activity management process is clearly defined with clear stage gates, roles and responsibilities, timelines and KPI. Ensure the process is documented, training materials exist and all project teams are trained.
  2. Track and monitor activity progress against agreed timeline and ensure that any issues/risks are identified early and actions to resolve are put in place

Maintain and track rolling 3 years activity pipeline, maintain and develop the activity management support tools (database, reporting etc).

Continuously improve Activity management process and PMR (Portfolio Management Review) quality



  1. Bachelor or above degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  2. Exprience of working in a fast paced environment and leading cross functional collaboration
  3. project management skills
  4. Fluent English communication both in oral and in writing
  5. Good facilitation and presentation skills
