Key Responsibilities/职位描述

 • Meituan-Dianping Group Meituan Shangou platform management, establish partnership, deliver JBP target and develop category captaincy
• Explore Meituan-Dianping Eco-system Reach-to-Convert Model enabled by MTT collaboration/business model innovation , consumer experience design within Meituan-Dianping eco-system by connecting all consumer touchpoints, and lead FOOD+ business model development
• CHO Category business co-pilot, solidify by brand growth plan across O2O platforms
• Partner with National customer development & National customer marketing team to design Meituan O2O activity calendar, ensure execution and secure offtake delivery
• Collaborate with brand team to connect consumer reach with O2O shopper traffic via digital contents creation, media resources exchange & occasion building
• Manage O2O activities status, deploy to KAM & field sales, handle regular business reviews with cross-function team
• Track and assure all operation and business KPIs met by the activities

 

Qualifications/任职条件

 Strong knowledge or experience on new retail O2O business, FMCG industry is a plus
 Working knowledge of Sales and E-commerce in FMCG industry
 Hands-on experience implementing new retail or enterprise solutions
 Strong knowledge of consumer engagement technologies, experience on content/social media is a plus
 Strong knowledge on digital-commerce business
 Track record in interacting with and influence senior leaders; synthesize and present business cases and results to senior executives
 Strategically-minded, contributes to the development of a coherent overarching strategic vision for the company
 Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong cross-functional relationships across an organization to achieve common goals.
 Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin; a direct communicator
 Thrives in a fast changing/learning organization with fast-paced environment.
