Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing group of China Local Processing Specialists/Supervisor and different vendor to support Mars Line Managers, Associates and local P&O in performing a variety of transactional requests, including but not limited to complex P&O administrative activities, verify accurateness and completeness of information provided, oversee routing and approval of transactions in accordance with established business processes and resolve all discrepancies related to transactions. The incumbent of this role will use strong customer focus and commitment to managed vendor to deliver excellence service.

•      Responsible for managing the daily functions of the Processing Center to ensure that key performance metrics including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met

•      Responsible for created China local process hub operation model and managed the operations.

•      Support the Transaction Center Lead in the development and implementation of transactions governance policies & procedures

•      Provide people leadership to the Local Processing team to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations while securing high engagement and organizational effectiveness in alignment with the Five Principles

•      Collaborate with team members to build P&O knowledge and maximize the Local Processing team’s ability to enable service delivery excellence

•      Support to promote an environment that puts the Mars associate first and differentiates the P&O services delivered

 

Qualifications

1. Education & Professional Qualification

•      Minimum qualification: University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Business

•      Preferred qualification: Combination of education and experience preferred

2. Knowledge/Experience

•      5 or more years of experience, including 2-3 years in a manager position – previous experience in Shared Service, Operation Centre, Service environment is an advantage

•      Familiarity with HR systems, processes and practices

•      Familiarity with China local policy and processes (i.e. Commercial Insurance, Social Insurance, Housing Fund, Annual Health Check up etc.)

•      Ability to navigate computerized system (i.e. CHRIS and iTMS)

•      Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task and capable of establishing priorities

•      Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information

•      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail

•      Strong oral and written communication skills

•      Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner while managing high volume transactions
