Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1. Provide thought leadership and strategic media-related solutions that support the brand building and business objectives. Ensure the development and implementation of business aligned media solutions could impact the performance indicators.

2. Drive integrated media strategies across traditional, digital domains to build and strengthen brand building.

3. Establish and manage an effective media governance process.

4. Continuously advance, leverage and optimize the relationship with agency partners by building trust and maintaining positive rapport to drive business results.

5. Apply emerging consumer data and analytics to create innovative media solutions and drive more intelligent reach.

6. Closely collaborate with Media Transformation transversal project team, effectively manage media team and drive talent development.



1. Bachelor or above degree in Marketing/Communications or related field, MBA is preferred.

2. Over 10 years of experience in media strategy, planning and purchasing.

3. Able to lead communication of complex media strategies and auditing results.

4. Experience in developing and executing highly targeted, customized media models.

5. Integrated experience working with a mix of traditional, digital media strategies.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

7. Experience working closely with media agencies or background working in media agency environment.
