Key Responsibilities/职位描述




  • 销售费用合规管理:回顾目前销售费用完整流程,清晰诊断运营风险点,并依据国家法律法规,公司合规指南和同事手册,优化管理流程,发布SOP并促进销售团队执行;
  • 经销商运营合规管理:跨部门合作,梳理并优化经销商运营流程,针对退换货/预付款/对账等事宜提供完善SOP,规避合规风险;
  • 销售合规手册制定:依据国家法律法规要求、公司道德行为准则和同事手册,从销售日常工作场景出发,针对客户管理/人员绩效管理/资产管理/合同管理等关键要素,制定专业 完善 即查即用的销售一站式合规执行手册。



  • 具备流程管理经验,发现并推动业务合规改善机会并推动提升;
  • 熟悉快速消费品行业销售运作,以及销售营运管理;
  • 出色的沟通协调和快速学习能力;
  • 积极主动,责任心强;
  • 具有销售财务/法务相关工作经验;
  • 精通PC和Office相关软件,熟练操作Excel和PowerPoint
  • 优秀的中/英文读写能力
