Key Responsibilities/职位描述

• Analyze and drive insights from External and Internal Pricing Landscape on a periodic basis including:
o Monitoring Retail Pricing Landscape and Pricing status across CBUs on period basis (e.g., Price Points, Price Tiers, Curves)
o Conducting detailed pricing analysis across channels/pack types for opportunities
o Developing insights and actions based on above data and information on regular basis
• Key member of the Local market Pricing Council,
o Partnering with relevant cross functions (CBU, sales, finance) to conduct regular monthly and quarterly meetings, with objectives to drive key pricing decisions and executions
o Integration of fact-based recommendations and analytics with S&OP+ Step decision owners (as appropriate) for consult at PMR/DMR/ MBR for final sign off by General Manager. Closely monitoring to ensure agreed actions are followed through.
• Take full responsibility to drive execution, planning and management of agreed Pricing Strategy, with key priorities to coordinate the deployment of cost price increase (CPI’s) and downsize, providing project management support to ensure agreed actions are executed on time and on budget.  Includes managing any requested brand/customer exceptions through S&OP+.
• Supports the creation of market portfolio pricing strategy, development of annual pricing plans/recommended actions, optimize portfolio product mix and overall management of the local market pricing practice.  This includes leveraging MWC Pricing Playbooks & partnering with:
o CBU Marketing, CMI and Sales for optimized brand pack-price architecture across key price tiers, thresholds and partitions to ensure pricing attractiveness and competitiveness against consumer penetration, transaction and trade-up goals.
o Sales, Customer Marketing, Category Management & Key Account teams to unlock price point opportunities by channel for category/profit pool growth with customers.
o Finance to deliver target Prime Margin/MAC shape for the CBU’s.
o CBU Marketing and R&D to capture Innovation price-value opportunities and enhance alignment to brand/CBU strategy and overall pack-price architecture goals
o Finance and S&OP+ team to ensure price recommendations and action inputs are included in Annual Operating Plan and period S&OP+ cycles. 

Qualifications/任职条件

Education & Professional Qualification
Graduate calibre, with experience in a blue chip FMCG/consumer products with an analytical and commercial background. 
Knowledge/Experience
• Experience partnering across the organization to collect and analyze a range of internal & external data sources, provide key inputs to form recommendations.
• Effective communication and message synthesis capabilities; able to engage cross functional teams and drive consensus and actions
• Functional/technical understanding and know-how across pricing specifically:
• Pricing Analysis (Critical) – direct experience in, monitoring & analyzing market pricing and internal brand pricing architectures. Scenario planning direct and indirect portfolio cost pricing changes and the levers that can be used to maximize profit and growth.
• Pricing Implementation (Critical) – An understanding of the end to end steps required to deploy cost price changes within a market.
• Pricing Strategy (Preferred) – Possess basic understanding of the strategic & operational impacts of price-value decisions across the 5C’s (i.e. Category, Consumer, Customer, Competitor, Company).
• Astute commercial and financial skills with excellent organization agility, understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L, with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and ‘can-do’ attitude with strong influencing & problem solving capabilities; ability to challenge the status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage/lead individuals, develop talent/capabilities and engage associates to deliver consistently strong performance.
