Key Responsibilities/职位描述

Develop high-engagement and capable Digital marketing team of 7 Managers. Build talent pipeline.
DEVELOP Dcom marketing strategy and plan, customized for top accounts(Ali Flagship Store/Tmall/JD/PDD)
to drive conversion across all categories (CHO/Gum/Mint/Fruity Confectionary).
AMPLIFY brand communication and BPIs with adapted content and mechanism to elevate offtake and market
share performance in Dcom with differentiated and innovative solutions.
LEAD omnichannel activation transformation with cross-channel top accounts.
UNLOCK marketing needs/shopper insight in Dcom and Accumulate learning to conclude the Picture of
Success for Dcom and Omni-channel activations.
BUILD an engaging collaboration with x-function team, including Key Account Sales teams, Brand Marketing,
Content team, Finance and facilitate the set-up of a clear operating protocol.
Overall budget management for Dcom CP/Adv, and drive ROI improvement.

 

Qualifications/任职条件

Strong and mature people leader. Solid record with building collaborative team with high engagement and
results driven culture.
Deep understanding of eco-system and omni-channel dynamics. Keen on retail landscape evolution.
Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing of FMCG or Dcom Retail platforms (channel/customer
marketing, digital marketing, content marketing), 7Y plus.
Broad approach to drive conversion through multiple marketing domain (social/content marketing,
promotion design, customer tailored plan, etc.).
Strategic agility and Transformational mindset. Connect future possibility with company strategy and lead
transformation projects, while securing business delivery of today.
Hands-on experience implementing channel strategy, deployment tracking and results evaluation.
Track record in interacting with and influence cross-function teams and senior leaders; synthesize and present
business cases and results to senior executives
Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills in English; a keen communicator
Thrives in a fast changing/learning organization with fast-paced environment.
