Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1)Mars Wrigley Confectionery Cross Border Business Management

-       负责与公司市场部合作共同制定跨境年度生意计划,并与玛氏内部其他国家不同部门沟通实现产品引进。

-       与国内其他跨部门合作(例如EC CMKT,Supply Chain等)保持良好的沟通,确保产品顺利进入国内市场并制定营销方案推动销量在预算范围内完成销售指标。

-       与TP合作运营好跨境旗舰店以及其他跨境客户,维护客情,制定客户年度生意计划。

2)Mars Wrigley Confectionery Village Taobao Business Management

-       负责玛氏箭牌村淘日常运营,对接TP运营团队确保完成销售目标和费用管理目标。

-       与村淘客户维护好客情,并针对村淘策略提出可实现的解决方案



  • 3年以上重点客户管理、谈判经验或渠道管理实际运营经验。
  • 良好的项目管理能力和生意分析能力,发现生意机会点,确保结果达成。
  • 良好的沟通能力,流畅的英语口头表达能力和文字能力。
