Key Responsibilities/职位描述

该职位负责全国沃尔玛的总部客户管理、计划、谈判,在既定资源的情况下完成客户联合生意计划、公司销售指标及策略项目的实施,有效推动玛氏沃尔玛生意策略转型。

1.       在既定资源情况下完成客户联合生意目标及公司进货目标

2.       确保客户总部各项日常管理工作的准时准确完成,包括总部新品分销、全国促销/陈列计划、价格变动等;

3.       领导各部门零售生意增长;

4.       基于对客户及市场的深刻洞察,通过坚实的公司跨部门合作,领导产品及活动层面的创新实现生意转型;

5.       协助完成客户TTT会议,包括但不限于会议组织及PPT准备;

6.       领导各部门客户经理协同合作。

 

Qualifications/任职条件

       结果为导向,在压力下保持激情带来结果

       具有5年以上重点客户管理及区域运作经验

       沟通、谈判、影响和管理他人的能力

       分析和计划能力,及生意洞察

       强大的PPT能力,能把复杂事情用简单方式展现陈述

       熟练应用中英文
