Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual digital commerce in-site social content strategy and planning. Closely work with digital commerce media & creative agency, brand team and CMI to define the effectiveness of in-site social channel and brand contetn which needs be rooted in shopper insights, category insights and consistent with brand strategies.
  • Lead agency to define the effectiveness and principles of in-site visual designs across key customers (Ali & JD), key windows (CNY, 618 D11 etc.) and touch points (e-banner and product page)
  • Lead to implement e-Merchandising strategy to achiee "Perfect Screen" in e-retailer websites and "Perfect Store" in brand flagship stores, including areas of perfect content (both communication and visuals) and merchandising
  • Lead annual digital commerce CRM (across whole shopper life cycle awareness, interest, purchase and loyalty strategy and planning development based on market, category and consumer insights and emerging trends, work with agency, customer manager, Information Service team to define, including but not limited to : CRM target set up, proposition, process, KPI and communication strategy, data strategy, and test & learn plan.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong brand/marketing experience
  • Experience in eCommerce/ Digitial communication
  • Strong in design, and leveraging data/ insights for design guidance
  • Knowledge in CRM
  • Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration
  • Strong English writing and medium speaking
