Key Responsibilities/职位描述

•Building an effective relationship with the key business users, including local and outsourced IT communities in order to focus on high quality implementation to meet the requirements of the business.
•To ensure countries are prepared and are properly resourced and to escalate process and resource gaps through the proper channels.
•Proactively assisting the Programme Manager to help establishing long-term strategic roll-out plans for the MARS priority markets and segments 
•Regularly report progress, issues and risks to the Programme Manager including: weekly input on status & issues.
•To coordinate and monitor gaps and issues between countries (from a Global TPM CAS template process perspective) and to organise reference group meetings when appropriate. 
•To escalate issues which arise between countries (from a process perspective) and to bring them to a resolution through escalation to the MARS Leadership Team if necessary.
•To work in conjunction with the countries, business partners, and our 3rd parties, (principally Accenture); to coordinate issues and gaps which arise during the life cycle of the project. 
•To support the countries in understanding and adoption of business readiness tasks.
•To be the first point of contact for new requirements requested by dedicated countries and to ensure that these are passed to the 3rd party for review prior to approval.
•Deliver materials and documentation to key members of the local user community to facilitate the successful adoption of the new process.
•Support the Country Project Managers in the creation of their training strategy and delivery via attending their meetings, training sessions and the provision of process related documentation and materials. 
•To be involved in and coordinate with all parties during the user testing (UAT) of the IT solution to a level that is consistent with defined processes and project standards and to escalate any build or delivery issues via the Business Partners.
•To work with the countries and Business Partners during PGLS (Post Go Live Support) to coordinate and ensure the timely resolution of issues by our 3rd party. To work with the countries and Business Partners to ensure a timely end to PGLS in line with the agreed timelines.
•Support multiple projects / activities & solutions in parallel.
•Lead CIP’s projects, adapting project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall methodologies) based on the size of the improvement and the overall context.
•Gather business requirements and translate these into functional and technical specifications.
•Ensure MARS IS quality standards are applied to all deliverables.
•Actively share knowledge and best practice to peers and stakeholders.
•Work closely with external project resources including onshore and off-shore support and development teams.
•Collect our metrics and share it in accordance of our Operational Excellence agenda
 

Qualifications/任职条件

Engineer school / Business Management school or equivalent + experience
Experienced in service and change management.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent team player
Ability to work remotely
Fast learner, and comfortable coping with change
Full command of English
Customer focus and collaboration
Experience in IT business applications Implementation Aplllo & Atlass  is preferred, although applicants with a relevant business background .
