Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  1. Lead annual activity program planning in demand cycle for new channel and new opportunity pilot
  2. Develop new channel investment principals/guidelines and monitor compliance, co-pilot with activity compliance team to optimize activation tracking process and provide activation tracking reports
  3. Design national activity mechanism and deploy to region and lead channel activation review and investment efficiency
  4. NC activation agency management and tools developments/executions
  5. NCM-new channel budget and recourses management
  6. As Co-pilot, Lead and support new channel sales team to enhance the capability and capacity on planning and process management.
  7. As Co-pilot, Support new channel sales team to enhance activity effectiveness via route to market optimization and field sales team execution.
  8. Establish a high engaged team (both NC sales team and NCM-NC team) under instruction of 5 principals and Gallup. Build talents pipelines for organizations

Qualifications/任职条件

  1. Minimum 5 years sales management experience (sales Management, Distributor management, customer management or Route to market experience recommended).
  2. Bachelor’s degree above
  3. Good English oral and written capability
