Key Responsibilities/职位描述

-Manage the designated workshop equipment maintenance team to achieve KPIs (low BD%, SAE/OEE, safety, quality, etc.)

-Setup processes/systems to manage maintenance activities and implement/optimize PM system

-Develop high efficiency and engaged team with low headcount

-Develop talents to support team’s sustainable growth

-Support and implement new product development through line trial and continuous improvement.

-Manage the maintenance cost/ Capital spending within budget for those assigned projects

-Effectively complete major projects assigned to support factory project team

-Coordinate among engineering other functions and coach/ support each other



1. Education & Professional Qualification

-Bachelor’s degree or above

-Hand-on working style

-Be familiar with the production management in food industry

2. Knowledge/Experience

-College or above degree in electrical/ mechanic/ automation in foods field with more than 5-years experience

-People leader experience more than 3 years (team scale > 10)

-Good command of English skill like writing, reading and oral English

-Having basic understanding about industrial safety, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)/Lean manufacture, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP.
