Key Responsibilities/职位描述

-高效地执行品牌活动;
-全年分渠道营销计划,活动SOP沟通,资源分配
-按时对本地POSM制作、分配和管理,保证营销活动执行;
-根据区域的策略和发展重点,制定区域营销活动计划,保证执行和进行回顾
-定期回顾销售和市场份额表现,制定相应品牌销量目标达成和市场份额增长计划,并推动达成;
-制定营销活动费用计划、通过优化管理,确保市场费用有效投资;
-竞品信息收集并定制相应行动计划;
-作为省份业务伙伴,提供渠道营销活动支持;

Qualifications/任职条件

-大学本科及以上学历,3年以上FMCG渠道/消费者市场部经验
-拥有独立管理FMCG市场项目的经验
-敏锐的消费者和市场洞察能力
-有POSM设计和陈列工具设计制作经验
-关注细节,具有良好的分析能力
-精通PC和Office相关软件,熟练操作Excel和PowerPoint
-优秀的中/英文读写能力
