Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  • 研究快消品渠道业态和购物者行为的变化趋势,分析店内营销如何影响和驱动购物者购买行为
  • 指导广告/创意公司一起开发店内创新的陈列和营销创新解决方案,通过最大化店内品牌和产品可见度,创新的购物者活动机制,最终拉动产品购买率的提升,满足渠道/品牌/客户的生意需求。创新方向包括:
  1. 陈列解决方案创新
  2. 店内购物者互动创新
  3. 新科技在店内营销的应用,比如AI, O2O, 大数据,智能货架,机器人,传感技术,自动售卖机
  4. 针对新零售的营销解决方案
  • 店内营销和创新项目的项目管理(目标/策略/方案/成功标准/项目时间表)



  1. 本科以上,专业不限。
  2. 有1-3年市场推广工作经验,特别优秀的毕业1年内的大学毕业生也可考虑。
  3. 思维敏捷、逻辑清晰,沟通能力强,学习能力强。
  4. 有较强的英文读写能力
