Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1. 配合公司销售目标,安排下属日常工作,确保完成公司制订销售目标;

2. 制定所属区域全渠道覆盖目标/产品布市目标/陈列物料投放和陈列标准达成/执行促销计划和具体方案,定期回顾与改进各项KPI的100%落地执行。合理安排负责区域的一线人员拜访路线、频率和在店时间以及报表填写。关注本地大零售客户的销量目标和年度合同内容各项条款进行谈判;确保推动分销陈列方案/促销计划/公司的政策在零售终端的执行;

3. 评价下属业绩,协助下属解决问题,制定团队工作及发展目标;

4. 管理全渠道、经销商、分销商的相关工作(开拓/协调/培训/监督);

5. 按公司政策、规定和程序执行和监督各项行政操作(销售/市场/人事/财务/储运/行政等),并协调与公司其他跨部门的协作关系;

6. 不定期收集客户/市场/竞品信息;

7. 收集、监控假冒产品现状,将影响减少到最低;

8. 拓展与开发新市场、新渠道业务,具有本地市场洞察,推动业务健康发展;

9. 管理与控制销售费用、渠道费用、广告品费用;

10. 就具体工作为下属作出指导和培训,加强与前线业务团队沟通,定期对相关同事进行各渠道策略辅导,提升一线同事业务能力;

 

Qualifications/任职条件

1. 大专以上学历,

2. 有五年以上快速消费品行业销售经验(包括传统渠道,现代渠道和经销商管理),二年以上管理经验,

3. 熟悉和有效分析公司及市场现状,能针对市场状况调控负责区域销售活动;

4. 拥有专业的销售/谈判技巧/经销商管理,并能理解公司销售策略,为销售代表提供指导和技能培训;

5. 有汽车驾驶执照,能经常出差;

6. 良好的沟通、协调、管理能力;

7. 能有效激励团队,为团队成员提供发展机会;

8. 能在有压力的工作环境下工作;

9. 熟悉公司销售行政工作(销售/市场/人事/财务/储运/行政等) 。
