D2C Individualization Strategy & Value Proposition Designer

Having a key strategic role in the D2C & New Business Team, the D2C & New Business Strategy & Value Proposition Leader is responsible for D2C Individualization Strategy for both distinct & pillar-driven D2C and the oversight of N
This role will be responsible for overseeing D2C & New Business strategy development and pipeline management, especially in regard to Individualization Strategy for both Distinct & Pillar-Driven D2C. The role will also be responsible for designing, testing, and managing development of best-in-class individualized pet health value propositions. 

What would be your responsibities?

•    Overseeing D2C & New Business Strategy development and pipeline management
•    Shaping the D2C Individualization Strategy
o    Pillar-Driven D2C - Royal Canin Individualis, DNA-Based Individualized Nutrition for Breed Cats & Dogs & Designer Breeds (Breeders - PRO), Microbiome-based indvidualized nutrition (Vet), L'Atelier (Felin & Canin for SPT franchising model...)
o    Distinct D2C: Individualized Nutrition for Health Pets, Pet Weight Watchers (Rationed individualization offering...), Pet Health Insurance Programme
o    Defining Value Propositions (Brief for R&D and T&L Scope of Work), testing & validating offerings and codifying deployment approach


What are we looking for?

•    MBA, Master in Management
•    Strong background in D2C, eCommerce business, tech-related new business development, digital product development (agile management), digital platform business
•    Experience within tech start-ups as a plus for this role
•    8-10 Years of experience in D2C, eCommerce, Digital Business, Start-Up development, Digital Marketing, Digital Pure Players
